As we continue to expand we wish to bring in a bilingual Sales Department Assistant to work with the Head of Sales across a wide spectrum of sales functions. The position is based out of our Beijing headquarters, the successful candidate will be expected to:
● Conduct customer and market research to assist sales associates in identifying targets
● Assist sales associates to analyze customer data and prepare proposals
● Liaise with accounting and finance departments to track and file sales contracts
● Compile monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
● Respond to customer inquiries and assist sales associates to arrange on-site visits
In order to fulfill these important tasks, we seek ambitious individuals who have:
● Bachelor’s degree and one year’s work experience in sales or a relevant field
● Fluent in English and Mandarin, strong understanding of both US and Chinese professional cultures highly preferred
● Driven, ambitious and willing to take initiative
● Suited to thrive in a fast-growing, fast-paced work environment
