Key responsibilities:

Build relationships and liaise directly with ICS clients, including international schools across Asia and high schools/universities in the United States
Meet with school administrators, teachers, parents and students to introduce and plan WildChina programs when needed
Conduct primary and secondary research for WildChina itineraries
Design custom travel packages based on client requirements
Take charge of project management and program logistics
Travel on WildChina programs and assist in program execution when needed

Successful candidates will have:

An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
A passion for Chinese culture, history and/or geography
Excellent spoken and written English writing skills (Fluent/Level 6 or above) and, at a minimum, proficient spoken Mandarin
Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
A proactive working style: accountable, customer oriented and well organized
A track record of leadership

Preference will be shown to candidates who have:

Client servicing experience
Project management experience
Previously held positions in the field(s) of education and/or travel
Traveled extensively in greater China (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)
