Senior Associate Training & Learning Shanghai, ELEVATE Global Ltd.
This is a challenging and excting opportunity to join ELEVATE Global Ltd.- a leading provider of corporate social performance solutions. Position Description
ELEVATE is seeking a senior assistant to support its assessment, learning and worker impact activities. This position is located in Shanghai.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Support and manage e-learning content development, in Chinese and English
• Manage client e-learning and training accounts
• Support development and implementation of CSR and Social Performance related training programs
• Create training and e-learning reports
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in social sciences, international studies, CSR, HR, pedagogy, or related fields
• Professional experience with training, learning and corporate social responsibility issues desired
• Excellent command of the English language
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent command of office software – PPT, Word, Excel
