Bespoke Beijing is looking for an experienced, driven and fun individual to be its Senior Sales Manager to tell the world why Bespoke Beijing is so ace.

The ideal candidate will be a native Chinese speaker with excellent English, have at least 2-years experience in a sales role at an international company, and will be keen to work in a fun and fast growing start up as a key player.

 

Responsibilities

·         To generate new prospects and grow revenue for the company.

·         To create engaging client presentations in Powerpoint, Prezi or InDesign.

·         To call on and manage existing clients and be imaginative when it comes to client loyalty schemes, gathering feedback and continued relationship building

·         To manage a database of clients and a packed meetings diary.

·         To regularly close on new business to grow revenue across the company’s events, travel and intelligence report arms.

·         To prepare sales and expense reports on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis

·         To work with the Operations Director to communicate client needs before a project and to follow up afterward to gain insight into client satisfaction.

·         To conceive and oversee a number of marketing campaigns, social events and online promotions to engage prospective clients and encourage increased take-up among relevant parties in Beijing and in new territories such as Shanghai.

Requirements

  • The candidate will preferably have 2 years experience in a sales role within an international company
  • Have a passion for selling and relationship building – you’ll love meeting new people and be able to put in as much effort as it takes to close a deal successfully.
  • Have a creative brain – we like to do things differently so that our clients remember us and are delighted at every interaction.
  • Be motivated by targets, as meeting these will be a key part of your role.
  • Be super organised and proactive – you will be managing your own diary and reacting to opportunities as they arise.
  • The candidate should be a native Chinese speaker with an extremely high level of written and spoken English
  • Be a fantastic communicator – you’ll need to be able to sell Bespoke’s services eloquently in both English and Chinese, and be skilled at responding positively to negative feedback.
  • Be a quick-to-smile people-person – your goal is to build strong relationships and open doors to more senior contacts.
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Exel and Powerpoint.
  • Have excellent presentation skills – you’ll be representing our company and all the hard work the rest of the team puts in, so your ability to present (and represent) us brilliantly is crucial.
