Overview

Job Description

Mission: Serve as the eyes and voice for the Business Unit’s management and team, primarily for the sales team but also for the Marketing team. Ensure proper representation and presence for our team in this key market and with regards to Shanghai-based clients.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop new International and local clients in the Shanghai market.
  • Represent the management and team at client and agency meetings, as well as during events.
  • Feed the Marketing team with relevant Shanghai market advertising information.
  • Develop accounts and industries together with Account Managers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to discuss business and communication strategy at all levels with the market, for a wide range of industries and categories of clients. BD, consulting and sales experience could all be valuable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Business level in Mandarin is a must.
  • Ability to work independently, self-driven, strong sense of accountability and attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote colleagues and management.
  • Independent thinker with an ability to seek out business opportunities.
  • Knowledge and experience in the media/advertising world is not a must, but could be a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Marketing/Sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office software, especially Power Point and Excel.

汇报线:向 4 个机场(北京、成都、沈阳、重庆)媒体的销售总监和市场总监汇报

责任使命:有效地协助四个机场媒体团队在上海区域的业务拓展,尤其是对销售团队的

支持,同时还包括对市场的监测分析工作。代表公司与上海市场的客户进行及时有效的

业务洽谈。

主要工作职责:

  • 在上海市场拓展新的国际客户和本土客户;
  • 代表公司管理层或异地机场团队参与客户或代理商的各项会议以及当地的各种商务社交活动;
  • 对上海区域的广告市场进行实时监测和信息收集,并及时反馈给市场部;
  • 协同各机场媒体的客户经理一起开发新的客户并对所涉足的行业领域进行拓展;

任职资格:

  • 具备与各个行业、不同级别的客户进行业务洽谈和策略沟通的能力,最好具备业务拓展、咨询、销售等相关方面的能力和经验背景;
  • 本科以上学历;
  • 优秀的英文读写能力;
  • 普通话至少能够达到商务洽谈的水平;
  • 有很强的独立工作能力,具备高度责任感,工作细致,并能自我激励;
  • 能够高效的与不同区域的同事及管理层进行远程沟通;
  • 具备强烈的市场信息感知度,有独立挖掘商业机会的能力;
  • 具备广告媒体行业方面的相关经验背景尤佳;
  • 至少 3 年以上市场或销售方面的工作经验,在 B2B 领域尤佳;
  • 精通 Office 办公软件,尤其是 PPT 和 Excel。
