Role and Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and leverage our data sources to propose new ideas related to every area of our product, including supply optimization, exploring trends in user behavior, and optimizing features via experimentation
• Define and measure KPIs of city operations teams
• Clearly synthesize and communicate insights from operational data
• Refine the operational standard process and optimize the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
• Create dashboards and reports to regularly communicate results and monitor key metrics
• Follow-up weekly with both Headquarters and Overseas markets on operational performance (in English)

Qualifications: 

• Advanced SQL skills and the ability to use tools such as Python, R, Excel, or Tableau to work efficiently at scale with large data sets
• Knowledge of experimentation and statistical methods
• Ability to work in a fast pace, high growth, and ambiguous environment
• Fluency in English and Chinese a must
• Students pursuing senior/graduate quantitative degrees in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math or similar technical field.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and experience in international exchanges is preferred
• Guaranteed attendance at least 3 days a week, full 3 months or more, summer full-time
