Talent Division Intern

Some of the tasks will include:

·         Developing the Database of Talent in Shanghai and other cities (Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, etc.)

·         Research, Develop & Execute new Channels for Recruitment in China and Asia-Pacific region (WeChat, QQ, LinkedIn, Advertising websites, Facebook, etc.)

·         Market research on Talent Management & Model Management Agencies in China and other markets in Asia-Pacific Region.

·         Develop & Implement an Original, Ground-breaking, Innovative Strategy for Advertising our Job Offers from Verve Talent.

·         Attending Events on-site for Talent Recruitment (music jams, parties, fashion shows, etc.)

·         HR related tasks: Contracts, Database Structure, Internal Values, Team-Buiding, Training, etc.

Experience is not required but it is a plus. As long as you are ambitious, diligent and smart enough you will have the chance to prove yourself and gain an incomparable experience and knowledge.

Desired Profile:

  Fluent English and intermediate Chinese, other languages is a plus
