The technical support will work with HI Rehabilitation team and partners to further review the project technical needs with aim of consolidating the projects interventions in two regions in a more solid approach, and formulate the good practices and developed tools. Based on the needs analysis, the candidate will provide technical support for adapting and developing the project strategy. S/he will also give technical support to ensure the project activities are implemented smoothly. The new project strategy will contribute to ensure the project sustainability in two regions and play as a leverage towards a more effective impact at the national level. S/he will be a rehabilitation technical focal point person for meetings/seminars or other necessary mobilization organized at local, regional and national levels with key stakeholders.

Location: Kunming, with occasional travels to Beijing and Tibet
