Collective Responsibility is looking for a Training and Development Director who will lead and manage our corporate training platform, develop including monthly orientations, project coordinator trainings, corporate project training, and ongoing partner training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the overall training curriculums for corporate and academic training programs.
• Provide development and execution of training materials.
• Lead and develop training impact assessment, reporting, and planning.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about helping others, with volunteer experience
• Chinese National with strong English capabilities or Foreign National with strong Chinese capabilities
• Academic or professional background that included sociology, public administration, or other CSR related
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in team as well as independently
• Passion and interest in working with young people
• 5+ years previous training experience
