Overview

Job Description

We’re seeking a native English speaker who:

·      Is a committed professional with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

·      Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a bilingual, bicultural work or study environment.

·      Has a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.


·      Has a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.


·      Is experienced in leading and managing teams and projects.


·      Has a desire to live in Beijing for at least two years.

 

Must possess the following characteristics:

·      A trusted team player with a commitment to leadership and team work with good judgment.

·      Quick learner and problem solver.


·      Goal-oriented, motivated, organized and proactive.


·      Strong communication and collaboration with attention to detail.

·      Professional and presentable to VIP clients and speakers.


·      Fast and sharp, responsive, never misses a work text or email.


·      Chinese language skills are useful but not strictly necessary.


·      Skilled in serving and supporting senior executives and understanding their needs.

·      Trustworthy, reliable and ethical in all interactions.


·      Positive, can do attitude.


·      The ability to be flexible.


·      The ability to be discreet.


·      The ability to think big in a growing start-up company with unlimited potential.


·      Strong computer skills and use of technology applications including Microsoft Suite for Mac, Powerpoint, Documents.

 

The position’s main responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain customer relations with top executives.


·      Lead the multicultural sales team in strategy and execution.

·      Drive B2B sales in Asia and other relevant regions.


·      Build and maintain relationships with top international clients and prospects through effective and friendly outreach.
