Shang Learning is seeking a full-time Young Learner Lead Teacher in Beijing. Teachers teach from a set course curriculum, working with Shang management to ensure a fit with our standards. In addition, contribute to research and content development as part of the R&D Team. Our reputation as a dynamic leading education consultancy has lead us to be featured in GQ, The Economist, CNN, The New York Times, CCTV, Study Abroad Magazine as well as various other publications in China.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Teach Young Learner classes to groups of 2-8 students, aged 8 – 13
2. Research and develop curriculum and course content
3. Take a lead role as the face and mind of the Young Learner Program

Also available in part time and freelance

Compensation Package
1. Starting net salary range of 20000 – 23000 RMB pending qualifications
2. 40-hour per week schedule
3. Paid National Holidays
(1 Week for Spring Festival, 1 Week for Golden Week and other various Chinese holidays throughout the year)
4. 15 Paid Vacation Days per year contract
5. Z-Visa Sponsorship
6. Optional National Social Insurance or Ping-An Health Plan (includes dental)
7. TWO annual bonuses based on performance and company profitability -or- Airfare reimbursement up to $1000 your first completed year

1. Native English speaker (although outstanding candidates without this qualification will be considered)
2. Proven expertise and teaching experience with Young Learners
3. At least 2+ years teaching/tutoring experience
4. At least 1 year plus in a leadership or education management role
5. Graduates of top-tier universities have a distinct advantage
6. Ability to take ownership as an educator and mentor
