PAPP’S TEA is a young business based in Beijing. Committed to serving the finest loose leaf teas in the world, we are creating a new tea culture in China, revitalizing a wonderful industry for the younger generations. We also aim to educate the world about tea in an exciting and engaging way, through an eclectic range of mediums. We are currently looking for a Client Manager to support the growth of our company and help strengthen the existing foundations. We need a powerfully motivated individual who believes they have what it takes to acquire, develop, retain, and dazzle customers and clients through direct attention and care.

Duties and responsibilitie

·         Develop new B2B business

·         Work directly with customers fulfilling orders and requests

·         Full account management including contracts, delivery coordination, and billing

·         Business development and marketing

·         Digital support including management of WeChat and internet accounts

·         Help plan, support, and coordinate company operations

·         Translation and copywriting

·         Initiate protocols to promote productivity and accuracy

·         Maximize new client engagement

·         Work directly with leadership to implement and create effective sales plans

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including vendors and advisors

·         PR and event and support

·         Pretty much everything… We’re a start-up

Qualification

·         Bilingual, Chinese Mandarin and English (Required)

·         High level customer service skills

·         Enthusiast and dedicated personality

·         Excellent written/verbal communication skills

·         Personally accountable while willing to take responsibility and risks

·         Willing to accept every challenge and absolutely never say n

Working condition

·         Primarily office based in Sanlitun SOHO, with extensive city-wide travel. As company expands travel radius will increase.
