Job Description

Be responsible for the review and approval of the company’s foreign cadets working plan, divulgate the working plan and the working orders.
Be responsible for the approval of the company’s annual foreign recruitment plan management.
Be responsible for the review and approval of the foreigner pilots’ recruitment contracts and agreements.
Conduct market research, understand foreign pilots recruitment and remuneration conditions at home and abroad, grasp the foreign crew and pilots market’s trends.
