Education: University / College Degree
Required Skills:
• Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing
• Good team work spirit, good communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Strong Internet research skills and MS software skills
• Media Relations and Communications Planning experience preferred
• University students in communication, PR, Journalism, Business, Supplier Management or Engineering related majors. MBA student preferred. Previous intern or project experience in internal communications highly desired.

• There is an intern opportunity available with Boeing China Supplier Management Supplier Performance department in Beijing Office. The intern will work under supervision and guidance from senior manager. And will have opportunities to learn knowledge of aviation industry and Boeing products, services and supplier management. This job requires an Intern who has knowledge or is experienced in communication to create sustainable communications plan to support to the SM China Supplier Performance Team.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to develop communications plans, strategies and tactics to support the SM China Supplier Performance Team business objectives within SM Asia. This position requires the ability to create strategic communications plans, and develop effective communications that provide timely and credible information to employees, stakeholders and supplier management executive leaders.
• Job duties include, but are not limited to, communications planning, writing leadership messages; leading communications for the SM China Supplier Performance Team including developing and writing for internal publications; developing presentations and talking points; preparing a communication operating rhythm and documented supporting process for regional accomplishments.
• In addition to the senior leadership team the communicator will counsel other members of senior management on using internal communication to achieve their business goals. Other job duties include creating, organizing, writing, editing communication presentation materials for senior level managers to communicate key accomplishments messages to target audiences.
• This requisition is for a locally hired internship. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work in China. Boeing will not seek immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll.
