Job Description
Compensation Package for PART – TIME:
• Starting net hourly range of 250+ RMB pending qualifications
• Raise in hourly rate and incentives with accumulation of coaching/teaching hours
Desired Skills and Experience
• Native English speaker (although outstanding candidates without this qualification will be considered)
• A great communicator with various experiences with the interview process
• Graduates of top-tier universities have a distinct advantage
• Graduates of a western boarding school a big plus
• Ability to take ownership as an educator and mentor
• Available on weekdays and weekends.
Compensation Package for FULL – TIME:
• Starting net salary range of 17000 – 20000 RMB pending qualifications
• Flexible full-time schedule
• 5 days of work including weekend and have 2(two) days off during the weekday
• Free Housing -or- 3000 RMB Housing Stipend Monthly
• Paid National Holidays (1 Week for Spring Festival, 1 Week for Golden Week and other various Chinese holidays
throughout the year)
• 15 Paid Vacation Days per year
• Z-Visa Sponsorship
• Optional National Social Insurance or Ping’An Health Plan
• TWO annual bonuses based on performance and company profitability -or- Airfare reimbursement up to $1000 your first completed year
