AmCham China is currently searching for a Member Operations Intern to take on the task of conducting preliminary research regarding event content and assisting in the company’s event iniciatives, as well as carrying out on-site support for regular and signature Chamber events such as forum conferences and panels, assisting with post-event finance and writing short reports to be published on website and in weekly e-news letter and monthly magazine to be seen by over 3,000 individuals across over 900 member companies such as Accenture, Coca Cola, and GE.
Requirements include fluency in Chinese and ability to communicate and work comfortably in English.

We are looking for a fluent Chinese speaking intern who is also comfortable working in English for the Member Operations team. We are looking for individuals who can:
• Conduct preliminary research regarding event content and assist in AmCham’s event initiatives
• On-site support for regular and signature Chamber events such as forum conferences and panels
• Assist with post-event finance, including issuing fapiao’s/invoices
• Write short reports to be published on website and in weekly e-newsletter and monthly magazine to be seen by over 3,000 individuals across over 900 member companies such as Accenture, Coca Cola, and GE
• Support Member Operations staff team on projects as neededRequirements:
Job Requirements:
• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program
• Expat candidates must be X1 or X2 Visa holders
• Internship lasts a minimum of 3 months
• The intern should be available to spend at least 3 days a week in the office
