We focus on teaching Mandarin through Chinese language immersion by living with homestay families and intensive small group classes.

Job Description
We require you have previous experience in Online Marketing. In addition, we want someone who has a passion for China, Chinese culture, and Chinese language.
It isn’t essential, but it would be a great bonus if you can speak other languages in addition to fluent English and fluent Mandarin.
Most importantly, you must be a people-person. Our school is an ever revolving door of enthusiastic and interesting characters from around the world who all come to China to explore the country and learn the language. Our staff, students, and teachers regularly interact and enjoy each others’ company on a daily basis.

The job role is very broad and no two days will be the same at LTL Mandarin School. You will report to your Marketing Manager and liaise with him on a daily basis to help aid the continued growth of LTL Mandarin School.
Social Media Marketing
• Daily interaction with followers
• Target users likely to follow/sign up to us
• Analyze results of previous posts
Content Creation/Management
• Create content for our website
• Manage and update content on our websites
Paid Search Advertising
• Analyze our current paid adverts
• Research new paid adverts
Building Online Relationships
• Help expand the LTL brand by link sharing
• Contact potential websites and build relations
Email Marketing
• Help create and build email campaigns
• Analyze results of email campaigns
Graphic Creation
• Help create new images for social media, blog posts and our websites
Position Requirements
• Well organized and driven
• Strong knowledge of MS/Apple Applications
• China enthusiast (preferred)
• Currently based in Beijing
• 1-2 years working experience
o (preferably relevant online marketing experience)
• Previous experience or private work involving:
o Email Marketing, Photography, SEO, Adwords or Design• Must be a people person
• Fluent English
o Native German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Russian and Japanese speakers preferred but all are welcome to apply
