Program Coordinator
Title: Program Coordinator
Location: CRCC Asia Shanghai Office
Reports to: Shanghai General Manager
Hours of duty: Monday – Friday 09:30 – 18:00
(Must be prepared to accept occasionally coordinating and participating in events outside of normal working hours)

We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator for our Shanghai Internship Program (based in Shanghai)
Roles and Responsibilities
· Hands-on involvement in managing the day-to-day operations of CRCC Asia’s award winning internship programs;
· Performing operational and administrative functions required to facilitate the arrival of program interns to Shanghai and the coordination of internship placements;
· Assisting foreign students in navigating challenges related to internship workplaces or living in Shanghai;
· Organizing and carrying out all logistics for program events, including China Business Seminars, Community Outreach Day, Cultural Activities, and Leaving Ceremony;
· Evaluating and monitoring program feedback surveys and making recommendations to improve quality;
· Liaising and communicating with vendors to ensure high-quality programming and justified return on investment;
· Managing relationships between CRCC interns and host companies across multiple business sectors in Shanghai;
· Assisting the General Manager in launching new projects and coordinating transitions designed to improve program quality.
Requirements
· Relevant experience in hospitality, international education, HR, or business consulting
· Minimum BA level education;
· Excellent verbal and written English language skills
· At least intermediate level of Mandarin Chinese ability
· Honest, detail-oriented, reliable, friendly
· Organized, motivated, self-starter
· Excellent inter-cultural social and communication skills
· Experience living and working in Shanghai a plus
