Program Management Internship

Location: CRCC Asia Shanghai Office (Huangpu District next to Metro Lines 1 and 8) 

Reports to: Program Managers / General Manager

Start Date: Immediate start 

Hours of duty: Monday – Friday 0930-1800 hrs. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Hands-on involvement in managing the day-to-day operations of CRCC Asia’s award winning internship programs

·       Assisting the  Program Managers and General Manager in launching new projects and coordinating daily operations; 

·       Performing operational and administrative functions;

·       Assisting foreign students in the internship program;

·      Assisting in events organization such as the China Business Seminar, Community Outreach Day and Cultural Activity, and Leaving Ceremony;

·       Evaluating and monitoring program feedback surveys and making recommendations to improve quality; 

·       Liaising and communicating with vendors to ensure high-quality programming and justified return on investment; 

·       Managing relationships between CRCC interns and host companies across multiple business sectors in Shanghai. 

Requirements:

·       Fluency in oral/verbal English and at least intermediate level Mandarin Chinese  (Shanghai dialect a plus) and strong proficiency in English written communication,etc.

·       Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage time;

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

·       Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;

·       Ability to propose ideas for input while being willing to take direction;

·       Ability to show flexibility to take on new tasks as they arise;

·       Eager to gain professional experience in a dynamic, international team environment
