• 5-7 years project management and/or industry experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Beijing-based candidates are preferred; willingness to travel a must.

The HCP Project Manager reports directly to the HCP Executive Director, and will be responsible for managing the roadshows, workshops, trainings and other projects with the support of AmCham China, HCP members, partners and the HCP Office.
Main responsibilities:
• Work closely with US government, HCP members and Chinese partners to identify opportunities for workshops and trainings programs.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop project proposals, work plan, and manage the implementation of the projects.
• Manage the budget for projects, and make sure the projects are conducted in an on-time, on-objective, and on budget manner.
• Support other HCP colleagues in identifying, recruitment and retaining sustaining member companies, general member companies and supporting organizations. Assist ED in outreach to potential members.
• Support and supervise member activities, including communication, website, newsletter, and etc.
• Work with other HCP colleagues to support HCP WG and internal meetings.
