Job Description
THE ROLE:
As product manager, you will set clear goals and envision / execute on a product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for global markets. Your performance as the product lead will be measured by the growth of our product business, and by your ability to work closely with engineers, designers, business development, and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
– Experience building and leading businesses for international markets
– Confidence in ownership of business performance metrics.
– Native proficiency in English and excellent communications (oral and written) skills.
– Sharp design instincts and product taste.
– User-experience – You are willing to do whatever is needed to ensure the highest user experiences.
– A driver attitude – constantly pushing the boundary to ensure on-time delivery while balancing the need for team work and collaboration.
– 3 plus years experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products.
– Can-do attitude. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges hands-on, you persevere where others fail.
– A strong desire to grow and learn.
– BA in computer science or equivalent, preferably with strong technical understanding capability and hands-on software engineering experience.
